Who processes your data

What data I collect

Only what you submit in the booking form: your name, phone number, email address, preferred way of contact, chosen time, your message and, if you add one, your photo. In your message you may share information about your well-being. This is special category data, so I process it only with your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)).

What I use it for

Only to contact you, confirm your booking and prepare for the consultation. I do not sell your data, pass it on for advertising or use it for newsletters.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by email or phone.

How long I keep it

Booking data is deleted automatically after 12 months, or earlier if you ask.

Who else sees the data

The website and form storage run on Cloudflare servers, email notifications are delivered by Resend, and I receive them in a Google (Gmail) mailbox. These providers process data only on my instructions. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this is done under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent. Just write to [email protected]. If you believe your data is handled improperly, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

Cookies

This site uses no cookies. To see visitor numbers we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not identify individuals and collects only anonymous aggregate statistics (such as page views and country). Cloudflare may briefly keep technical server logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
