How to choose a bioenergy healer: what to look for

Experience, honesty, clear terms and a first conversation. What is worth checking before you trust your energy to another person.

When life is hard, people often look for help in a hurry. There are many bioenergy healers, psychics and “seers” online, and it is not easy to tell which of them work honestly. I have been on this path since 2010, so I would like to share what I suggest paying attention to. Even if in the end you choose someone other than me.

Experience and background

Ask how long the person has been working and how they came to this work. An honest practitioner is not ashamed to tell their story. My life changed when I met Piotr Elkunoviz and Anne Hubner from Germany, and I later trained with them. Many years have passed since then, and every person I have worked with has taught me something new. Experience matters in this work, because feeling energy and understanding it is something you only learn by doing.

Ask, too, how exactly the person works. Some use a dowsing rod, some work with their hands, others only talk. I work with a dowsing rod and massage, and conversation is part of every session. The method matters less than whether the practitioner can explain in plain words what they do and why. If the answers sound vague or are wrapped in secrets that “you don’t need to know”, that is a sign to ask again. It is also worth knowing whether the practitioner works only in person or remotely too, which languages they consult in and whether their hours are flexible. For example, I consult in Lithuanian, Russian and English, and we can also meet at weekends.

What they promise

This is perhaps the most important sign. Be careful if you are promised that an illness will be cured, or told to stop your medication or give up your doctor. Bioenergy healing complements medical help, but it does not replace it. Also beware of fear tactics: if in the first conversation you hear about a terrible curse that can only be “lifted” for a large sum or through many expensive sessions, it is better to say goodbye. Real help does not begin with fear.

Can you talk before committing

It is a good sign when you can have a calm conversation before the first session. I always start with a free phone call. You tell me what is troubling you, and I honestly tell you whether I can help. Sometimes I advise seeing a doctor or a psychologist first. That is normal, because not every problem is an energy problem.

During the conversation, watch yourself too. Are you being listened to? Are your questions answered, or does the person only talk about themselves? Do you feel calmer, or even more worried? How you feel after such a conversation tells you a lot.

Clear terms

Before any work begins, you should know what will be done, how long it will take and how much it will cost. My consultation usually lasts 1–1.5 hours, and we agree on the price after the first conversation, once it is clear what kind of help is needed. If the terms change as the work goes on or stay vague, it is worth stopping to ask.

What other people say

Read public reviews, for example on a Facebook page. What matters is not only how many there are but what they say: do people write about specific changes, or only general phrases? There are dozens of reviews on my page, and I am happy to suggest reading them before you decide. Notice, too, whether the practitioner works openly: do they have a clear address, and can you reach them by phone?

Trust your own feeling

In the end, the decision is yours. If you feel safe and calm with the person, that is a good starting point. If you feel pressure, haste or guilt, that is a sign to keep looking.

If you would like to talk, give me a call. The first conversation costs nothing, and afterwards you can calmly decide whether to come to the studio in Kaišiadorys or work remotely from a photo.
