Is a curse real or a myth

A calm, no scaremongering look at curses: what really lies behind the word, when it is only fear, and when it is worth getting checked.

For many people the word “curse” sounds frightening. People often call me scared: someone told them they are “cursed”, or they decided so themselves because the setbacks never end. I want to talk about this calmly, because fear does the most harm here.

What lies behind the word

From my experience I can say that what people call a curse is most often strong, heavy energy directed at a person or a family. Sometimes it was spoken in a moment of anger: “May nothing ever go right for you!” Sometimes it is anger or hatred carried for a long time. When such a wish is spoken with great force, it can leave a mark. But it is not something mystical and beyond repair. It is energy, and energy can be seen and corrected.

When it is only fear

Most often a person who thinks they are cursed is actually going through something else: a long run of setbacks, a karmic lesson, exhaustion, a geopathic zone at home, or the evil eye. A curse is rarer than it seems. And the fear of being cursed is draining in itself and draws in even more setbacks. So the first step is to calm down.

If someone tells you that you are cursed and straight away offers an expensive “removal”, be careful. An honest person first talks with you calmly, explains what they see, and does not frighten you. Nobody should pressure you into making a decision out of fear.

Which signs deserve attention

It is worth getting checked if difficulties repeat not only for you but for several family members in a similar way: early deaths, failed marriages, similar misfortunes across generations. Or if everything changed suddenly after a particular conflict, when someone wished you harm. Important: health problems are first of all a matter for a doctor. Bioenergy healing complements their help, but it does not replace it.

What you can do yourself

Do not answer anger with anger. Do not keep telling yourself that you are cursed, because that only strengthens the thought. Look after your strength: rest, nature, order at home, people you feel good around. Write down exactly what keeps repeating and since when. This will help both you and me if you decide to get checked. Often, once it is written down, it turns out that the troubles are not as connected as they seemed through the lens of fear.

Why talk about it calmly

In Lithuanian villages, people used to know well that words have power. That is why they would say: do not curse, or it will come back to you. There is a lot of truth in that wisdom. A heavy wish weighs first of all on the one who speaks it, not only on the one it is meant for. So if you have ever cursed someone or wished them harm in a moment of anger, do not be afraid. Simply take those words back sincerely in your thoughts and wish that person well. It frees you both. And if you are afraid that someone has wished you harm, remember: a calm, strong person who looks after their own strength is far less vulnerable than it seems.

How I work

During diagnostics I look at what is really going on. It often turns out that there is no curse, but another cause that is easier to deal with. If I find strong directed energy, I remove it. If it is ancestral karma, I help you understand it and let it go.

If this question will not give you peace, give me a call. The first conversation is free, and often things already feel calmer during it. I work in Kaišiadorys and remotely.
