Is everything already written, or do we choose our own path? My view on fate, karma and free will, in plain words.
Most of us, in a hard moment, have thought: “I suppose this is just my fate.” These words comfort, but they also bind. If everything is decided, why try? Why change jobs, leave a harmful relationship or look for help? Over many years of working with people I have come to understand that the answer lies somewhere in the middle, and it is far more hopeful than we often think.
What is given and what is in our hands
Some things we did not choose. The family we were born into, the country, the body, the family history. The soul also brings its own lessons that have to be lived through in this life. It is like a map: it already has mountains, rivers and marshes, and you cannot erase them. But the route across that map is ours to choose. You can walk through the marsh ten times and wonder each time why your feet are wet again. Or you can stop once, look around, see that there is a bridge nearby, and turn the other way. The lesson stays the same, but how we go through it and what it costs us is up to us.
Why it sometimes feels as if there is no choice
A person wants to change but keeps coming back to the same place. They choose similar partners, similar jobs, end up in similar situations. From the outside it looks as if they simply do not learn, but from the inside it feels like an invisible force. In such cases I often see energy blocks: old fears, guilt, other people’s heavy thoughts, sometimes the burden of the family line or of karma. They work like a current that keeps pulling you back. While the current is strong, willpower runs out quickly, and the person starts blaming themselves for being weak, although weakness has nothing to do with it.
Where a bioenergy healer can help
My job is not to change your fate, predict your future or decide for you. During diagnostics I use a dowsing rod to find what is holding you back, and during the correction I release it. When the current calms down, choices become easier. People often tell me that decisions they had feared for years suddenly become simple and clear. But you always take the step yourself. That is what free will really is: not that everything is possible, but that we always have at least one choice in how we respond.
A few questions to ask yourself
Before you ring, try to answer a few questions calmly. What keeps repeating in my life? When did I first notice it? What do I do each time the situation comes back? Is what I am striving for truly my own wish, or someone else’s expectation that I have taken on? Written answers often reveal more than you expect, and they help a great deal in our conversation, because you do not have to remember everything from scratch.
In small steps
Change does not have to begin with big decisions. Often it is enough to act differently from usual just once: to say “no” when you would normally agree, to rest when you would normally push yourself on, to ask for help when you would normally carry everything alone. Every such step weakens the old current. There is no need to scold yourself if you sometimes slip back onto the old path. That is not a defeat but an observation you can learn from. Fate gives us lessons, but patience with ourselves is our own choice.
The first step
If you feel stuck and can no longer move forward on your own, give me a call. The first phone conversation is free and commits you to nothing. Together we will see whether karma diagnostics is worthwhile and choose what suits you best: the studio in Kaišiadorys or a remote session from a photo.

Karma is the sum of past actions, and its consequences affect us today. I find out which lessons you brought with you and what keeps repeating, so you can let it go and move on.
