When one problem chases the next and nothing seems to work out. How to tell bad luck apart from a pattern that keeps going round in circles.
We all have bad weeks. The car breaks down, a job interview goes nowhere, we fall out with someone close. That is part of life. But sometimes people tell me something different: the setbacks go on for months or even years, and before one problem has passed, the next one arrives. It feels as if, however hard you try, everything slips through your fingers.
When it is no longer chance
Random setbacks vary and they pass. Lasting ones have their own signs. They follow a similar script: things keep falling apart at the last moment, something always “trips you up”. They started at a particular time, for example after a move, after a divorce, after a conflict with someone. They come together with tiredness, poor sleep and a feeling that you no longer have the strength to fight.
Where such a run can come from
In my experience, several things are usually tangled together. First, a karmic lesson: the situation repeats until we understand what it is teaching us. Second, fears that quietly steer our decisions. A person who deeply fears failure often chooses it without realising. Third, heavy thoughts from the people around you: envy or anger directed at you. Fourth, the place where you live or work. A geopathic zone wears you down over time, and an exhausted person makes more mistakes.
What you can do yourself
First of all, stop and write it down. Take a notebook and list the setbacks of the past year: what happened, when, who was around you at the time, what you felt. Often a pattern appears as you write. For example, that it all started after a certain event, or that the same feeling keeps coming back at the end.
Second, get some real rest. A few days in nature, without your phone and without pressure, help you step back and see things from the outside. Third, notice who you spend time with. If you feel heavier after talking to certain people, it is worth seeing them less.
What not to do
Do not blame yourself. A run of bad luck does not mean you are a bad or hopeless person. And do not make big decisions out of despair: do not quit your job or sell your home just because “maybe then things will change”. First it is worth understanding the cause.
When it is worth getting in touch
Not every hard week needs a bioenergy healer. If the setbacks pass once you rest and change a few habits, that is wonderful. It is worth getting in touch when the run lasts longer than a few months, when similar things repeat in different areas of life at the same time, at work, in relationships, at home, and when your sleep and mood are getting worse along with it. It is also worth checking if you have noticed a clear turning point after which everything went downhill. If you also feel hopeless or apathetic, please talk to a doctor too. Bioenergy healing complements their help, but it does not replace it. And if you have thoughts of harming yourself, call 112 straight away or a crisis line (in Lithuania, Vilties linija 116 123).
It is important to know that a bad run is not forever. Once the cause is understood, people often tell me that life gradually starts flowing in its own course again, and small successes begin to feel possible once more.
How I can help
During diagnostics I look at what is throwing you off balance: a karmic lesson, a fear, someone else’s energy or a place. Once the cause is clear, I correct it, and in the case of karma I explain which lesson keeps repeating and how to complete it. If I suspect the problem is in your home, I check it with a dowsing rod.
If you recognise yourself here, give me a call. The first phone conversation is free, and during it we will look together at where it makes sense to start. You can come to my studio in Kaišiadorys or we can work remotely from a photo.

Karma is the sum of past actions, and its consequences affect us today. I find out which lessons you brought with you and what keeps repeating, so you can let it go and move on.
