What to bring, what to think about beforehand and what there is no need to fear. A short list before your first session.
Many people feel nervous before the first session: will I have to “believe” in something, will it feel strange, will I understand what is happening? You do not need to do anything special. But a few simple things help us make the best use of the time.
Think about what is troubling you
Write down two or three situations that keep repeating or weigh on you the most. You do not need to understand or explain everything; simply naming them is enough: “I have been sleeping badly since spring”, “my relationships always end the same way”, “I feel anxious for no reason”.
Be open
You do not have to believe. Most people arrive sceptical, often brought along by someone close to them. All that matters is that you honestly tell me how things are. Everything you say stays between us.
If the consultation is remote
Prepare a clear photo of yourself: your face visible, no sunglasses, ideally on your own. A photo taken on your phone is fine. You can attach it directly in the booking form.
If you are coming to the studio
The studio is in Kaišiadorys, at Gedimino g. 109, next to Rimi. Arrive a few minutes early so you do not have to rush. Wear comfortable clothes. The session lasts 1–1.5 hours.
After the consultation
We agree on a period for you to observe yourself. Over the next few days, notice how you sleep, how you feel and what has changed. If any questions come up, you can reach me by phone.

For when you need to talk and see your situation from the outside. Prepare your questions about what troubles you, and together we will find which path to take.
