A workplace where you tire quickly: what the space can tell you

Drained within a few hours at work, yet you recover at home? How the energy of an office, salon or home desk affects your strength.

Sometimes you arrive at work in the morning full of energy, and within a couple of hours you already feel drained. Your head is heavy, it is hard to concentrate, irritability grows, and every phone call gets on your nerves. At home you recover, and the next day it all happens again. We often put this down to stress or workload, and often that is true. But sometimes part of the cause is the very place where you work.

Why your workplace matters

We spend almost as much time at work as we do in bed, only awake and under tension. If your chair or desk stands in a geopathic zone, your body spends the whole day working against the current. Your strength runs out faster, and you cannot recover during a break, because you return to the same spot. Over time this turns into constant tiredness that neither coffee nor the weekend can fix.

Signs worth paying attention to

You get tired precisely at your own desk, while elsewhere in the office or in the meeting room you feel better. A colleague who sat in the same spot before you had similar complaints. Your energy returns after a holiday but disappears within the first week. You often have headaches at work but not at weekends. Clients or visitors do not stay long in the room, conversations do not flow, and deals fall through for no clear reason. If you recognise at least a few of these signs, it is worth taking a closer look.

Not just offices

The same applies to a shop, a beauty salon, a massage room, a workshop or a desk in the corner at home. Many people now work from home, and the desk ends up wherever there was free space, not where the spot is favourable. In business premises, heavy energy also builds up because of conflicts, tension, dissatisfied customers and the constant flow of people. If you work with people, especially if you listen to their troubles, other people’s heaviness stays in the space and wears you down.

What I do when I come, and what you can do yourself

I come to your workplace and check the premises with a dowsing rod. I mark the geopathic zones and tell you where it is better to place the desk, the till or the client’s chair. I check whether heavy energy has built up, and I clear the space. The work takes about two hours, so it is often easier to come after working hours or at the weekend. In the meantime, try working in a different spot for a few days and compare how you feel. Air the room often, take short breaks outside, and do not keep unnecessary things and old papers on your desk.

If you own a business

If you run your own business, the energy of the workplace affects not only you but also your staff and your clients. When conflicts often flare up in the team, staff keep changing and clients do not come back a second time, it is worth looking at the premises as well. A check can also be done before opening a new location, while you are still planning where the till and the desks will go. That way you avoid rearranging later, once the furniture is fixed and the equipment installed. A calmer space often means a calmer team too, because people get less tired and find it easier to get along.

When the cause is not in the space

If exhaustion follows you everywhere, not only at work, the cause may lie in you rather than in the room. In that case it is worth starting with bioenergy diagnostics and, of course, talking to a doctor. Give me a call and tell me where and how you work. The first phone conversation is free, and together we will decide where it is best to start.

With a dowsing rod I find geopathic zones at home or at work and clear the space of heavy energy. Especially worth it if poor sleep started after a move, or children are restless in a room.
