What an aura is, how stress, fears and other people’s heavy thoughts weaken it, and what you can do to make it strong again.
Probably everyone has heard of the aura, but not everyone knows what the word really means. Put simply, the aura is the energy field around a person’s body. We cannot see it with our eyes, but we often feel it: with some people we feel cosy and warm, with others we want to step back. That is the feeling of an aura.
Why a strong aura matters
The aura can be compared to a protective layer. When it is strong and clean, a person feels calm and has energy, and other people’s moods and anger do not “stick” so easily. When the aura is weakened, a person becomes as if they had no skin: every argument, every angry look, every crowd or noise wears them out.
What weakens the aura
In my experience, balance is most often upset by three things: fears, geopathic zones and heavy thoughts. These may be your own fears and guilt, carried for a long time, or other people’s heavy thoughts, envy or anger directed at you. It may be the place where you sleep or work every day. Long-term stress, constant lack of sleep and relationships that leave you exhausted add to this.
Signs that your aura is weakened
You tire quickly around people. After a visit to a shopping centre or a meeting you feel wrung out. Other people’s emotions seem to become yours: someone near you gets angry, and you are not yourself all day. It is hard to relax, and your sleep is shallow. Sometimes you feel heaviness in your shoulders or a kind of pressure around your head. Of course, such sensations can also have physical causes, so bioenergy healing complements a check-up with your doctor, but it does not replace it.
What you can do yourself
Nature. A walk in the woods, by the sea, a lake or a river is one of the simplest ways to get your strength back. If you can, spend some time barefoot on grass or sand.
Water. After a hard day or an unpleasant conversation, take a shower and, as it were, wash off everything that has stuck to you.
Boundaries. Learn to say “no” and limit your time with people who leave you feeling empty.
A clean space. Air your rooms often, get rid of broken and unnecessary things, and let in more light.
Rest. Regular sleep and quiet evenings without screens strengthen you more than you might think.
Thoughts. The aura is weakened not only by what comes from outside but also by what we repeat to ourselves every day. If your thoughts keep circling around hurts, fears or guilt, energy is drained even while you sit still. Try writing down three things in the evening that were good that day, even very small ones. It is not magic; it is a simple way to draw your attention away from what drains you.
Most importantly, do not do everything at once. Choose one or two things and do them every day for at least two weeks. Consistency strengthens you more than one big effort.
When it is worth getting in touch
If you do all of this and the heaviness does not go away, or if things got worse suddenly after a specific event or meeting, it is worth looking deeper. During diagnostics I find what is weakening your energy and remove it. If the cause is in your home, I check it with a dowsing rod.
If you would like to talk it over, give me a call. The first phone conversation is free. We can work at the studio in Kaišiadorys or remotely from your photo, wherever in the world you live.

Through diagnosis I help you understand the causes of feeling unwell and of repeated setbacks. During correction your original inner state is restored: anxiety, fear and heaviness simply let go.
