Afraid of the dark, water, heights or being alone, even though nothing bad ever happened? Where fears without a clear cause can come from.
We know the cause of some fears. A dog bit us, and now we are afraid of dogs. But there are fears whose origin we cannot explain. A person is afraid of water, though they have never nearly drowned. They are afraid of being home alone, though nothing has ever happened to them. They are afraid of speaking in front of others, though nobody mocked them as a child. These are the fears I want to talk about.
Why fears matter
In my work I see that fears are one of the three main causes that upset a person’s balance. The other two are geopathic zones and heavy thoughts. Fear is not just unpleasant. It narrows your life: a person starts avoiding places, people and decisions. Over time there is less and less room left for joy.
Where they can come from
First, from early childhood. A small child feels far more than they later remember. Parents’ anxiety, arguments or a loss in the family can be recorded as fear, even without any specific memory.
Second, from the family line. Sometimes fear is passed down from generation to generation. If grandparents lived through war, deportation or hunger, their fears can live on in their grandchildren: the fear of losing your home, the fear that there will not be enough, the fear of trusting.
Third, from past experiences that I call karmic. Some fears seem to have been brought from far away and have nothing to do with this life.
Fourth, from your surroundings. Someone else’s heavy energy, or a place with a geopathic zone, can intensify any anxiety, especially at night.
What you can do yourself
Start by observing without judging. Write down when the fear shows up, where you are, and what your body feels. Try asking your parents or grandparents whether anyone in the family had a similar fear. Sometimes simply understanding that the fear is “not yours” softens it. When the fear comes, breathe out for longer than you breathe in, and feel your feet on the ground. And do not force yourself into what frightens you. Fear fades through safety, not through force.
When you must see a specialist
If fear turns into panic attacks, or stops you from working, leaving the house or sleeping, you must see a doctor or a psychologist. Bioenergy healing complements a doctor’s help, but it does not replace it.
When fear shows up at night
Many people notice that fear grows stronger in the evening or at night. During the day everything seems fine, but as soon as the light goes out the heart starts pounding and thoughts go round in circles. This is not strange: at night there is less to distract us, and what we push aside during the day comes to the surface. But if night time fear appeared after you moved house or changed where your bed stands, it is worth thinking about the place too. A geopathic zone under the bed often shows itself exactly through restless sleep, nightmares and unexplained anxiety. Try sleeping somewhere else for a few nights and notice the difference. If your sleep improves, your home is worth checking with a dowsing rod. Simple things help before bed as well: an aired room and a calm evening without news or screens.
How I work with fears
During diagnostics I look for the root of the fear: whether it comes from childhood, from the family line, from further back, or whether it is intensified by your surroundings. Once the root is found, I correct it. People often say that the fear does not always vanish in a day, but it stops ruling their decisions.
If you would like to talk about your fears, give me a call. The first conversation is free, and we can work in person in Kaišiadorys or remotely from a photo.

Through diagnosis I help you understand the causes of feeling unwell and of repeated setbacks. During correction your original inner state is restored: anxiety, fear and heaviness simply let go.
