Restless children: when it is worth looking at the energy of your home

Is your child sleeping badly, crying at night or avoiding their room? See a doctor first, and then it is worth looking at the space too.

Children feel far more than they can put into words. A tired adult can still make an effort, calm down or think of a reason. A child simply reacts: cries, does not sleep, refuses to be in a certain place, asks to come into the parents’ bed. That is why parents are sometimes the first to notice that something is wrong at home, even before they feel it themselves. In this article I will explain when it is worth looking at the space in your home, and what should never be skipped.

A paediatrician comes first

I say this every time, without exception. If your child has been sleeping badly for a long time, cries often, or there are changes in their behaviour, appetite or wellbeing, see a paediatrician first. Changes in sleep and behaviour can have many health causes that must be assessed by a doctor, not by a bioenergy healer. I do not diagnose or treat children. My field is the space in which the child lives and sleeps. A home check can be an additional step, but never a substitute for a doctor.

When it is worth looking at the home

When the doctor finds no health reason and the restlessness continues, it is worth thinking about the surroundings. Parents often notice things like these. The child sleeps well at their grandmother’s or on holiday, but not in their own bed. At night they keep ending up at the other edge of the bed, lying across it, or running to their parents. They avoid playing in a certain corner of the room or are afraid to go into the room alone. The restlessness began after a move, after the room was rearranged or the bed was moved. Sometimes the child says that their room feels “not cosy”, and that is worth hearing seriously, without mockery.

What such signs may mean

One of the most common causes I find is geopathic zones. These are places where the earth’s energy is unfavourable to people. An adult who sleeps in such a place gradually feels tired, while a child, being more sensitive, reacts faster and more clearly. Sometimes heavy energy has also built up in a space after long arguments, illness or other difficult events. Children soak up that atmosphere like a sponge, even when the adults try not to quarrel in front of them.

How the work goes and what you can do yourself

I come to your home and check the child’s room with a dowsing rod, especially the place where the bed stands, as well as the other rooms. This takes about two hours. If I find a geopathic zone, I tell you where it is better to move the bed or the play area, and I clear the space. There is no need to touch or talk to the child; they can play in another room or be at their grandmother’s while I work. Until we meet, notice where your child sleeps most peacefully. Air the room, do not keep charging devices next to the bed, and make sure it is dark and quiet. Write down what you notice, as it will help both the doctor and me.

How to talk to your child

Do not ask your child whether there is “something scary” in their room, because that can plant a fear that was not there before. It is better simply to ask where they most like to play and where they would like to sleep. Children’s answers are often very accurate. Do not mention zones or energy if your child is small; they do not need to know about it. It is enough that the parents are calm and the room is cosy. Your calm is your child’s greatest protection.

Let’s talk

If you have already seen a paediatrician and your child is still restless, give me a call. The first phone conversation is free. You tell me what you have noticed, and together we will decide whether it is worth checking your home or better to wait a little longer and keep observing.

With a dowsing rod I find geopathic zones at home or at work and clear the space of heavy energy. Especially worth it if poor sleep started after a move, or children are restless in a room.
